Mobile Marketing

We have previously discussed how mobile is changing people’s buying habits, with more and more people conducting research online before purchasing,  in the 2016 release of MDM, users can benefit from cross-channel campaign creation and SMS blasts with rich reporting, through detailed KPIs. This, combined with Microsoft Dynamics CRM will allow holiday park operators to set up nurture campaigns to promote return custom. SMS blasts are now available in several languages allowing you to reach a wider audience. Duplicate detection for mobile phone numbers is a new feature, to enhance support for mobile marketing and enable you to better apply your quota and avoid spamming prospects.

Expanded alerts

By using broader searcher terms for your workflows and alerts, users can better manage the customer relationship in more detail. For example, “Alert me when Customer A clicks any email message,” or “Alert me when any contact submits the Holiday Calendar Newsletter Signup landing page.”

Email Marketing

You can now edit the destination of any or all URLs included in your marketing emails—even after they have been sent and delivered. You can now open any delivered email message in Dynamics Marketing to view a list of links it includes, and even edit the URLs they redirect to. This is especially useful for managing time-bound or quantity bound offers and voucher codes  during peak holiday periods or for when you have simply made a mistake.

Other improvements include the ability to view HTML code using the editor, and new image management features. Browser compatibility has been enhanced using HTML5 allowing for greater compatibility for recipients meaning you can reach a wider audience with your communications.
